The most efficient way to store and manage frozen goods in bulk is with a walk-in freezer like the KLF87612-C 6' x 12' x 8'-7" H Kold Locker from Nor-Lake.

The panels are 4” thick with foamed-in-place insulation sandwiched between 26 gauge steel featuring corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating providing an R-value of 32. Connecting panels together is easy with female and male rails that provide a perfect fit that allows the foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners to fully tighten to make an airtight connection. Around the outer perimeter, a continuous panel gasket provides a barrier that is free from cuts or breaks. The ceiling and floor panels on this unit have edge caps that are foamed-in-place rather than mechanically fastened to prevent them from coming loose.

Kold Locker walk-in units come standard with a 26” wide door, This door is designed with a stepped profile that acts as a barrier decreasing airflow for better energy-efficiency. This door comes with two hinges both of which are cam-lift and adjustable. This allows the door to be easily adjusted over the lifetime of the walk-in as it settles. The door also comes with a spring-assisted door closer to make sure it’s never left ajar. The door is pre-hung in a 4-foot wide panel and features a magnetic stainless steel trim, digital thermometer, replaceable perimeter heating wire, and vapor proof LED light fixture actuated by a switch with external indicator light. Everything inside the walk-in is kept secure by an NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature. To keep workers safe, a safety release inside the door panel makes sure no-one gets locked inside.

The interior temperature can be set as low as -10°F, RCPF150JC-S-4-EV BTU/hr of cooling is provided by the 6120 Capsule Pak Refrigeration System on the roof of this unit. To set the temperature inside the walk-in the Enviro-Control™ system is included, this will efficiently maintain the temperature and also lets you set the defrost timer. An automatic condensate vaporizer is included removing the need for drain lines.
