The KLB68-C 6' x 8' x 6'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is the best solution for businesses that need to efficiently store and handle refrigerated goods in bulk. With 231 cu. ft. of refrigerated space there's more than enough room to store items in bulk safely. 

The wall panels of this walk-in coolers with top mounted compressor are 4” thick with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation encased in 26 gauge steel protected by an embossed stucco coating for corrosion resistance. These panels provide an R-value of 25. For ease-of-installation, each panel has male and female rails that come together to ensure proper alignment. To maintain an air-tight seal between each panel foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners are used. A continuous panel gasket wraps around outer perimeter free from breaks or cuts at the corners. Edge caps on ceiling and floor panels are foamed-in-place that keep them in place through the life of the unit.

To prevent airflow, the door has a stepped profile to keep the heat out efficiently. At 26 inches wide, the standard door provides easy access to the interior. The door can have its two cam-lift hinges installed on either the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to make sure the door opens and closes smoothly while providing a secure seal. A spring-assisted door closer is included to make sure the door is never left ajar. The door is pre-hung in a 4-foot wide panel and features a magnetic stainless steel trim, digital thermometer, replaceable perimeter heating wire, and vapor proof LED light fixture actuated by a switch with external indicator light. Everything inside the walk-in is kept secure by an NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature. To keep workers safe, a safety release inside the door panel makes sure no-one gets locked inside.

The interior temperature is efficiently maintained between 35°F and 38°F by the RCPB050JC-S-0-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System in the ceiling that produces 4060 BTU/hr of heat rejection. The Capsule Pak unit comes with the Enviro-Control™ electronic control system to adjust the temperature and set the timing for automatic defrosting. An automatic condensate vaporizer is shipped loose and wired in the field removing the need for a drain line.
