If your establishment needs to store a large number of refrigerated goods efficiently an indoor walk-in unit like the Nor-Lake KLB84814-C 8' x 14' x 8'-4" H Kold Locker might be the ideal solution. 

Each panel is 4” thick and features EPA-compliant foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The panels feature 26 gauge steel construction with embossed stucco and a corrosion-resistant coating. Assembling a Kold Locker walk-in is simple with each panel featuring female and male rails that mate together. Once mated together the panels are fully tightened with foamed-in-place cam locks which assure an airtight connection. The corners are kept sealed with panel gaskets that go around the outer perimeter without any breaks or cuts. Each ceiling panel has foamed-in-place edge caps that can’t come loose compared to those that are overlapped or mechanically fastened.

This walk-in unit comes standard with a 26” wide door featuring a stepped profile that acts as a barrier against airflow. This walk-in can be ordered with the upgraded 30” wide door kit with a stainless steel kick plate at no extra cost. Two cam-lift hinges are included with this door and can be installed to open from the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to compensate for settling over the life of the walk-in. A spring-loaded door closer is included to make sure the door is not left open accidentally. The door comes pre-hung in a 4’ wide panel with a replaceable perimeter heating wire, magnetic stainless steel trim, a digital thermometer, a vapor proof LED lighting fixture and a switch with exterior indicator light. The door can be secured with an NL 9800 deadbolt locking handle with an independent key/padlock feature. To prevent workers from being locked inside, a safety release is included.

The interior temperature is efficiently maintained between 35°F and 38°F by the RCPB100JC-S-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System in the ceiling that produces 8484 BTU/hr of heat rejection. The Enviro-Control™ electronic controller system sets the temperature inside the walk-in and also sets the automatic defrost timer. To remove the need for a drain line, an automatic condensate vaporizer is shipped loose with the unit and needs to be field wired.
