The NorLake KLB77610-C 6' x 10' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker is a dependable indoor walk-in unit that can quickly expand your business’ refrigerated storage capacity. In total, this walk-in cooler offers 344 cu. ft. of refrigerated space.
The interior and exterior sides of the 4" panels that make up this walk-in coolers with top mounted compressor are made from 26 gauge steel finished with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating. The space between the steel panels is filled with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation with an R-Value of 25. For ease-of-installation, each panel has male and female rails that come together to ensure proper alignment. To maintain an air-tight seal between each panel foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners are used. A continuous panel gasket wraps around outer perimeter free from breaks or cuts at the corners
Each ceiling and floor panel has foamed-in-place edge caps that can’t come loose compared to those that are overlapped or mechanically fastened. The stock door that comes with this walk-in unit is 26” wide and features a stepped profile design to provide a barrier to airflow. The standard door kit can be replaced with the optional 30” wide door kit with stainless steel kick plate with no additional cost. Two cam-lift hinges are included with the door and can be installed on the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to make sure the door swings freely while providing an airtight seal. A spring-assisted door closer is included to keep the door from being left ajar.
The 4-foot wide door panel comes with the door pre-hung and includes a vapor-proof LED lighting fixture activated by a switch connected to an external indicator light, replaceable heating wire, stainless steel trim, and a digital thermometer. To keep items inside secure, an NL 9800 deadbolt handle is included with an independent key/padlock feature. To prevent lock-ins there is a safety release inside.
To keep items inside between 35°F and 38°F this walk-in features the RCPB050JC-S-0-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration system that produces 4060 BTU/hr. The Enviro-Control™ electronic controller system sets the temperature inside the walk-in and also sets the automatic defrost timer. To remove the need for a drain line, an automatic condensate vaporizer is shipped loose with the unit and needs to be field wired.
