With a height of 21.75 inches, the E22M3 countertop electric convection oven delivers faster cooking performance and repeatability like no other right from your countertop. This commercial oven is both compact and sleek so that it can seamlessly integrate into both the front and back of the house. The exterior is stainless steel while the interior is porcelain with enamel coating for a long-lasting, easy-to-clean build. Moffat made sure that the rest of the unit is also effortless to clean from the non-stick oven chamber to the inner glass door that can be removed tool-free!
This electric convection oven is equipped with Moffat's renowned Turbofan, which boasts a bi-directional reversing fan system that enhances the convection performance to provide you only the best evenly cooked foods in a shorter amount of time. With the temperature adjustable between 150 and 500° F via the mechanical thermostat control knobs, you will always be able to find the best environment for cooking various meals. You can manually set a timer up to 60 minutes from the stainless steel control panel, which also has indicators for power, heating, and timer to streamline your operations.
This electric countertop oven comes with three (3) chrome-plated oven racks perfect for half-size sheet pans. There is a 2.625" space in between the racks to allow for proper air circulation and fit food products of different sizes. For added insulation and energy efficiency, the pull-down door comes with dual layers of glass and a plug-in seal that can be removed for cleaning with no tools required. The door and the handle are designed to absorb little to no heat from the oven chamber so that they are always cool to the touch.
