In need of an electric convection oven with half-size sheet pan capacity? The Moffat E31D4 is a great choice. With a height of 24.645", this countertop oven comes with four (4) chrome-plated racks that rest on stainless steel racks in 3.125" increments. This is an ETL and NSF-approved electric oven that you can put to use immediately and with the compact size, it can comfortably fit in smaller spaces in your kitchen.
Excellent construction and easy to clean
Stainless steel on the outside and enameled porcelain on the inside make for a low-maintenance, corrosion-resistant commercial oven that is sleek and long-lasting. The fan baffle, vent, and racks are all made of stainless steel and are super easy to remove to prolong service life and achieve less frequent cleaning.
Smart door design
The oven door is fortified by two outer glass panels with 0.2" thickness that not only improve insulation but also form a viewing area with the help of the halogen lamp to make everything visible inside. The inner glass can even be removed in a matter of seconds for efficient cleaning. The stainless steel door handle is fully welded for added durability, and it stays cool to the touch for safe use.
Topnotch cooking results
This convection oven operates between 150 and 500°F. With a single-direction low-velocity fan in tow, you can perfectly bake the more delicate items like pastries and souffles.
The large stainless steel panel with electronic controls allows you to check the time and temperature at a glance via the dedicated digital LED displays and adjust them via the individual knobs. This unit supports Manual and Program modes and can hold up to 20 programs. You can also set up a timer of up to 180 minutes in countdown mode and adjust the volume of the buzzer. For proper holding and slow cooking, you will find the 999-minute range in the time count mode very useful.
For more precise cooking results no matter the type of food, Moffat packed a 2.8kW heating element suited for bake mode. With a grill mode, you can use the 2.0kW element dedicated to grilling and broiling. This oven stands on 3" adjustable legs with anti-skid feet for stability and less cumbersome underside cleaning.
