With its 27.375" wide, 12" tall, and 18.5" deep enameled porcelain oven cavity, the E27M3 countertop electric convection oven by Moffat is a truly compact solution for boosting the high-volume cooking capabilities of your commercial kitchen. Its low-maintenance, corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior creates a sleek appearance suitable for front-house cooking display.

Powered by 4.5kW heating elements, this convection oven can maintain temperatures between 150 and 500° F. Moffat’s very own bi-directional reversing fans enable this unit to deliver excellent air circulation performance to produce baked foods with all that sought-after evenness that’s easily replicable in each cooking session! 

This countertop oven is supplied with three (3) chrome-plated oven racks perfect for full-size sheet pans. There is a 3.33" space in between to allow for different sizes of food products and improved air circulation. Cooking is more user-friendly with the mechanical thermostat and 60-minute timer in tow as well as light indicators for power, heating, and alarm with buzzer. 

The commercial oven has a safe, vented door that drops down for easy access. It has two layers of glass each at 0.2" thickness, forming a large viewing area for easy monitoring while adding a bit more rigidity to the construction. The inner layer not only offers extra energy efficiency, but you can remove it without using any tools whenever it needs some serious wipedowns. Dual halogen lamps illuminate the interior brightly and are also energy-efficient to avoid high energy bills. The door and handle do not heat up when the oven is on for user safety. For airtight closure, there is a plug-in door seal that is also easy to detach for cleaning. 

This electric countertop oven is designed to simplify the important task of routine cleaning and maintenance. Many of the components including the side racks, stainless steel oven fan baffle, and stainless steel oven fan are all removable while the adjustable anti-skid feet raise the unit 3" from the surface so the underside is effortlessly reachable for a quick wipedown.
