Smoke Broiler, gas, countertop, 36", (6) stainless steel burners, cast iron radiants & grates, smoke system with (2) log holders, full width grease gutter, removable grease can & water pans, stainless steel front, sides, wood trays & landing ledge, 120,000 BTU, cETLus, NSFThe Imperial IABA-36 Smoke Broiler is the smallest model in the range and features 6 individually adjustable stainless steel burners set every 5” providing up to 120,000 BTU/hr of heat. The gas for each burner is adjusted with cast aluminum knobs featuring Valox™ collars for heat protection and precise adjustment.
The distinct taste of smoke broiled food is provided by wood in the easy to access front loading wood rack. The stainless steel wood rack has 2 log holders that can hold either wood chips or logs. The wood rack slowly smolders the wood to maximize the burn time while continually providing a smoky flavor onto the food.
Heavy-duty reinforced cast iron radiants come standard with this smoke broiler for maximum heat delivery to the cooking surface and superior heat retention. For faster heat-up times and quicker recovery, stainless steel radiants are available as an option.
This model can be ordered in either natural gas or liquid propane configurations.
