This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that is wired for use with 208-230v/60/1-ph power and can produce up to 896 lbs of half-dice ice every 24 hours. This air-cooled unit is rated to consume 19 gallons of water and 5.0 kWh of power for every 100 lbs of ice it produces.

For the most unobstructed airflow, this half dice ice machine features dual exhaust zones on the top and right side. Having more exhaust capacity allows one of the exhaust zones to be installed right next to obstructions without decreasing the unit’s efficiency.

Inside the ice maker is a Plastic Food Zone, all parts are made from BPA-free plastic featuring snap-together construction. This allows these parts to be disassembled without any tools and placed into a dishwasher for thorough cleaning. These parts are all easily accessed by removing the front panel allowing for unimpeded access even when the unit is installed between two other pieces of equipment.
