This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that produces full-dice ice cubes in capacity up to 896 lbs per 24 hours. Every 100 lbs of pounds created by this water cooled ice machine requires 140 gallons of cooling water, 4.2 kWh of power, and 19 gallons of potable water. This model is wired up to utilize 208-230v/60/1-ph power and draws 11.3 amps.

Water cooled ice machines usually consume less power than a similar air-cooled model since there’s no power used for fans to cool the condenser. This also eliminates one more mechanical part that can fail. One other benefit of water-cooled units is that heat is not exhausted into the air around the ice maker.

This unit features a Plastic Food Zone around the ice making core. All these parts can be serviced without tools thanks to the snap-together construction. These BPA-free plastic parts are dishwasher safe and easily accessed after removing the unit’s front panel.
