The Hobart 6460C-7 vegetable peeler is a correctional unit that's capable of peeling 50-60 lbs of potatoes and other root vegetables in 1-3 minutes with an abrasive, silicon-carbide disc. It features a durable, welded stainless steel construction, Lexan liner, V-belt drive, lockable controls, and tamper-resistant fasteners. It also includes a synchronous timer, adjustable from 30 seconds to 4 minutes to allow for accurate, labor-saving peeling. This commercial peeler powered by a 1 HP motor and uses a voltage of 200-230v/60Hz/3-ph electrical connection.
