Hobart 6115-10 Description
The Hobart 6115-10 vegetable peeler is a portable peeler that's capable of peeling 15-20 lb. potatoes in 1-3 minutes. This peeler features a synchronous timer, adjustable to up to 5 minutes, double V-belt drive, removable abrasive silicon carbide & Lexan liner, and welded steel construction. This commercial peeler powered by a 1/3 HP motor and uses a 115v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
