Hobart 6460-15 Description
The Hobart 6460-15 vegetable peeler is capable of peeling 50-60 lbs of potatoes in 1-3 minutes. It features a synchronous timer, adjustable from 1/2 minute increments up to 4 minutes. This peeler also includes a double V-belt drive, removable abrasive silicon carbide & Lexan liner, and welded steel construction. This commercial peeler powered by a 1 hp motor and uses a voltage of 115v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
