Hobart 6430-1 Description
The Hobart 6430-1 vegetable peeler is capable of peeling 30-33 lbs of potatoes in 1-3 minutes with an abrasive, silicon-carbide disc. This peeler features a synchronous timer that's adjustable from 30 seconds to 4 minutes, a double V-belt drive, a Lexan liner, and a durable welded stainless steel construction.
