The Hobart 6430-3 vegetable peeler is capable of peeling 30-33 lbs of potatoes and other root vegetables in 1-3 minutes with an abrasive, silicon-carbide disc. It features a synchronous timer that's adjustable from 30 seconds to 4 minutes, a double V-belt drive, a Lexan liner, and a durable welded stainless steel construction. This commercial peeler is powered by a 3/4 HP motor and requires a 200-230v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
