Hatco HDW-3BN Warming Drawer Unit

If you need a reliable built-in three-drawer food warmer, but don’t have a lot of space for one, this HDW-3BN warming drawer may be the unit you’re looking for. 

This unit is narrower than standard food warmers, at just 19.5", so you can easily find a spot for it in your kitchen. The drawers are supplied with 6" deep food pans.

With individual thermostatic control knobs in tow, each compartment can operate at different temperatures within the ideal food warming range to accommodate various dishes with unique storage climate needs. Need to add a little moisture? It’s as easy as sliding the adjustable vents located at the front panel of each drawer.

The temperature display immediately lets you know if your food is maintained at the desired temperature. An on/off lighted switch for each drawer gives you the ability to limit energy consumption. 

All these controls are arranged on a recessed panel to avoid employees from accidentally knocking them off when things become hectic in the kitchen. And with each drawer of this built-in food warmer wrapped with insulation to avoid heat transfer from one drawer to another,  delivering excellent results with maximum energy efficiency. 

Corrosion-resistant stainless steel is used on the exterior and interior of the warming drawer including the drawer slides for absolute durability. The drawers allow full extension access to provide a spill-proof way to place and remove food pans. The nylon rollers are virtually indestructible, helping you save on service and replacement expenses that typical ball bearing designs tend to eventually incur.

Hatco also offers a way for you to color-code your food warming drawer unit for quick product identification if you use multiple food warmers all while adding a little more flair to your kitchen. You can choose from an expansive selection that includes designer and heated stone colors and painted and gloss finishes.
