The food warming drawer is supplied with a total of three (3) 6" deep food pans to hold and heat large quantities of pre-cooked food such as vegetables, chicken, and other meats. The temperature on each drawer can be adjusted from individual thermostatic control knobs to simultaneously accommodate various dishes that require different temperatures. Adjustable sliding vents enable you to effortlessly increase moisture levels inside the heated cavity for foods that need it. 

Also included are temperature display and A recessed panel houses all controls for the drawers to lower risks of the knobs or switches being accidentally moved or adjusted especially when things become busy in the kitchen. 

To achieve efficiency and heat transfer from one drawer to the other, this Hatco food warmer individually insulated each drawer cavity. The drawers can be opened all the way for no-tilt pan placement and removal. The nylon rollers are built to survive countless opening and closing to last for years without service or replacement.
