Hatco HDW-2BN Warming Drawer Unit

With a width of 19.5 inches, this Hatco HDW-2BN food warming drawer is narrower than standard units to fit comfortably in limited spaces. This unit has two drawers each supplied with a 6" deep food pan. This unit is built to take a beating with the stainless steel construction that is hard to rust, stain, or warp, but super easy to keep clean. 

The drawers allow full extension access to provide a spill-proof way to place and remove food pans. The nylon rollers are virtually indestructible, helping you save on service and replacement expenses that typical ball bearing designs tend to eventually incur.

With individual thermostatic control knobs in tow, each compartment can operate at different temperatures within the ideal food warming range to accommodate various dishes with unique storage climate needs. To add moisture that can help extend food holding times without the risk of drying out the food, it is as simple as sliding open the adjustable  front vents.

The temperature display immediately makes monitoring super simple. An on/off lighted switch for each drawer gives you the ability to limit energy consumption. 

All these controls are arranged on a recessed panel to avoid employees from accidentally knocking them off when things become hectic in the kitchen. And with each drawer of this built-in food warmer wrapped with insulation to avoid heat transfer from one drawer to another,  delivering excellent results with maximum energy efficiency.

You can choose from an expansive selection that includes designer and heated stone colors and painted and gloss finishes.
