Hatco HDW-2N Warming Drawer Unit

At only 20.88" wide, Hatco’s HDW-2N warming drawer with two (2) drawers and 6" food pans is narrower than the standard warming drawer, making this unit is perfect for facilities where space is at a premium. 

Hatco sets this warming drawer apart from the competition with the use of nylon drawers, which help extend the usability of the drawer slides and reduce maintenance costs. The stainless steel construction ensures this warming drawer won’t falter with heavy use and can be maintained with minimal scrubbing.

The drawers on this unit are insulated at the top, bottom, and sides and with the adjustable vents, you are able to control the moisture that goes inside for more tailored results. The drawers open all the way to ensure the pan can be placed or removed with minimal risk of spills.

This Hatco warming drawer unit has a dedicated control panel for each drawer, with a thermostatic control knob, temperature display, and on and off switch for easy but precise operation. The panel’s recessed design minimizes the risk of it being knocked off when the kitchen gets busy.  

The unit stands on 4" legs and can be ordered with colored front drawer panels to add to the design of your facility while also making it easy for you to identify the contents.

This Hatco food warming drawer is certified by NSF and cULus and is made in the USA. requires a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection. A 6' (1829 mm) cord and NEMA 5-15P plug are included in the package.
