Ice Cream Freezer, drop-in, 24"W x 18"D, self-contained refrigeration, -5°F (-20°C) to 10°F (-12°C) temperature range, (2) 3-gallon can capacity, stainless steel flip lid, includes mounting hardware, stainless steel top & interior liner, galvanized steel exterior wrap, 24-3/4" x 14-3/4" cutout required, R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, 1/4 HP, cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, ETL VerifiedThe Glastender DI-FR36-FL Ice Cream Freezer is an in counter drop-in self-contained ice cream station. This unit can hold 2 3-gallon ice cream containers (6 gallons in total) in its 10-1/8″ x 20-1/8″ x 12 1/2″ interior. It features a flip lid with hinges in the middle, this basically means there are 2 doors leading to the same cavity from either side. Having 2 smaller doors is more efficient for cooling since less warm air can reach the cool interior.
The unit operates from -5°F to 10°F and uses a ¼ HP self-contained cooling system that utilizes R404A refrigerant and foamed-in-place CFC free insulation.
The lids, interior and working surface are all made from stainless steel while the condensing unit base plate and exterior wrap are made from galvanized steel.
Hardware (mounting bolts, angle brackets, and U-channels) is included for simple installation, the unit is also easily removed when necessary. A 24-¾” x 14-¾” cutout must be made into the counter where the unit will be installed. The external dimensions of the unit are 14” front to back, 24” wide and 23” deep. The unit requires 5” of clearance on all sides and at least 150 CFM of airflow to operate properly.
120v/60/1-ph power is used, the unit should be plugged into its own 15 amp circuit via its 6-foot power cord and NEMA 5-15P grounded plug.
