FWE HLC-SL1826-5-UC Description
The HLC-SL1826-5-UC Handy Line Undercounter Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE is a compact undercounter holding cabinet that is designed to use as little space as possible while keeping food warm, safe, and ready to serve. The interior features fixed racks with 3-¾” spacing designed to hold 18”x26” pans. The racks are removable.
The holding temperature can be adjusted between 90°F and 190°F with the ergonomic digital controls. An easy to read digital display shows the current cabinet temperature for simple monitoring. To prevent spoilage, a low-temperature alarm can be set to alert users. The interior is heated by a heating element made from Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy.
A magnetic workflow handle makes the door easy to open while maintaining a low profile. A cabinet-mounted door gasket conceals it from handling damage and maintains a secure seal for the insulated stainless steel door.
The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel for durability. The exterior is 20 gauge and features a polished finish that gives the unit a great look that’s easy to maintain. The interior features 22 gauge construction with coved corners for easy cleaning. High-density UG-26 fiberglass insulation in the sides, top, bottom, and sides help maintain the temperature with minimal power. To easily move this cabinet in and out of place it features four 3-½” swivel casters.
This holding cabinet is IPX4 and CE certified for splash resistance and quality assurance respectively. UL listing and UL EPH classification further ensure safety and sanitation.
