For operations that specialize in cooking and serving large batches of food a heated cabinet like the FWE HLC-2127-9-9 Handy Line Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet is an important investment. This reliable holding cabinet is extremely reliable and will keep food safe and warm for extended periods. Inside removable fixed racks hold 14”x18” and 18”x26” pans and have 3” spacing.
Monitoring the holding temperature at a glance is simple with the clearly visible digital display. The digital controls allow for the temperature to be set from 90°F to 190°F. Heat is provided by Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating elements.
Accessing the interior is simple with the easy to grasp magnetic workflow handle. The stainless steel doors are insulated to prevent heat loss and an airtight seal is provided by cabinet-mounted gaskets. The doors feature an inch of fiberglass insulation.
The cabinet features a tough 20 gauge stainless steel exterior with an easy to wipe-down polished finish. The interior features 22 gauge stainless steel construction with coved corners to make cleaning a breeze. This cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass in the bottom, back, sides, and top of this cabinet. This keeps the heat in while saving on power usage. Rolling this holding cabinet into place is simple with 5” polyurethane casters that are maintenance-free.
To assure quality, safety, and sanitation, this holding cabinet is UL listed, EPH Classified, and features both IPX4 and CE certification.
