Designed for low-cost high-capacity frying, the Frymaster 31814EF is a highly versatile Energy Star-rated electric multiple-battery fryer equipped with three (3) stainless steel frypots each with an oil capacity of 60 lbs. With a 17 kW input, each frypot can handle up to three baskets of food at once. The door and cabinet sides as well as the basket hangers are all made of stainless steel for impressive durability.

This open-pot fryer features a SMART4U Lane controller where you can enjoy total control of the frying operation. There are 20 programmable cook buttons that you can use to manage lanes of the fryer individually, regulate oil level, and stay on top of the fryer’s daily performance. This unit even automatically adjusts cooking time based on load size. An RTD 1° action thermostat ensures you will always get accurate temperature readings so that each batch of food from the 31814EF comes out just the way you want it.

The highly durable flat bar heating elements swing up so you can simply lift them out of the way for unobstructed cleaning. This commercial deep fryer has a built-in filtration with a 30 LPM pump and a 3” drain line installed within the fryer battery for the ultimate convenience. This simplifies the process while also allowing operators to maximize the oil life.
