This brewer can produce up to 640 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour.

To give your large batches the best flavor this brewer has many brew parameters that can be adjusted by the user to customize their brew and get the most out of the beans. Then when the recipe is perfected it can be saved making it easily repeatable at the push of a button. The large spray pan in this brewer allows even and complete saturation of the coffee bed to achieve the best flavor at scale. Steam control virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation. The brew compartment holds in the steam making this an easy fit for almost any foodservice application. No thermal servers are included with this coffee brewer but it is designed to fit  FETCO LBD-6C, LBD-18, and LBD-24 containers.

Water is efficiently heated by six 5.0 kW heaters inside this brewer. 60.0 gallons of hot water can be produced every hour. This model is designed for use with 440-480v 3-phase power and can draw up to 30.1-36.1 amps.
