For large-scale coffee production to keep hundreds of customers happy with hot tasty coffee a simple handle operated Commercial Coffee Maker that uses thermal servers like the FETCO CBS-61H (C61036) 6000 Series Coffee Brewer is a great solution. This brewer is designed to brew up to 317 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour. 

To start and stop brewing this unit uses a simple handle that twists and in a few minutes the thermal server is full of hot freshly brewed coffee. The manual faucet on this coffee brewer safely dispenses water away from the brew basket and steam for convenient access to hot water. No thermal servers are included with this brewer but it is designed to fit the 3.0-gallon FETCO TPD-30.

To heat water, this unit features three 3.0 kW heaters. In an hour up to 18.0-21.0 gallons of water can be heated. This model is designed for use with 120/208-240v 3-phase power and draws a maximum of 19.5-22.4 amps.
