To dial in your recipe this brewer can be programmed to fully extract all the flavor from your coffee beans. Once adjusted, the recipe can be saved and every batch will be consistent. With a large spray pan, this coffee brewer is designed specifically to provide large amounts of coffee with excellent flavor.

Steam control virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation. The brew compartment holds in the steam making this an easy fit for almost any foodservice application. No thermal servers are included with this brewer but it is designed to fit FETCO LBD-6 6-gallon containers.

Three 10.0 kW heaters inside this brewer make sure water reaches the right temperature quickly. Up to 36.0 gallons of hot water can be produced every hour. This model is wired to use 440-480v 3-phase power and has a maximum current draw of 30.1-36.1 amps.
