The FETCO CBS-72A (C72047) 7000 Series Coffee Brewer is a high-capacity countertop brewer that can accept two high-capacity thermal servers that can hold gallons of coffee hot for hours without additional electricity. This Commercial Coffee Maker can produce up to 640 (12 oz.) cups of coffee every hour to easily keep up with demand. 

The simple controls on this brewer allow operators to fine-tune the recipe for their brew. Once set the brewer will consistently produce great-tasting coffee. With a large spray pan, this brewer is designed specifically to provide large amounts of coffee with excellent flavor. This brewer features steam control which virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation thanks to the steam containing brew compartment. This coffee brewer can accept FETCO LBD-6 thermal servers which are sold separately:

This brewer features six 10.0 kW water heaters to efficiently get water to the right temperature. Up to 60.0 gallons of water can be heated per hour. This unit is configured for use with 440-480v 3-phase power and has a maximum amp draw of 30.1-36.1.
