Delfield N8887 Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit

Keep a large amount of cooked food at perfect serving temperature with the Delfield N8887 drop-in hot food well. This unit can accommodate six (6) 12 x 20 x 8" deep pans, each heated by a 1000-watt heating element to ensure each dish remains perfectly hot at all times. This food well is designed to fit inside an 81.25" x 25.5" cutout on your counter to create a seamless food display and holding station.

This drop-in hot food well comes with stainless steel top and walls and a galvanized steel exterior liner to create a sleek unit that is highly capable in tough foodservice conditions. The sides are insulated with 1" thick fiberglass while the bottom features a 2" blanket insulation. This drop-in hot food well comes with single temperature control wired to a control panel so you can either mount it on the counter or set it up in a remote location to reduce risks of tampering. The well is creased to a 1" male N.P.T. stainless steel drain for simple maintenance.

The Delfield N8887 drop-in hot food well is NSF, cUL, and UL-certified unit. It is shipped with a 2' long wiring and conduit along with a three-wire electrical junction box to allow hard-wiring at installation. It requires 208-230v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection and is rated at 29 or 32 amps.
