Delfield N8873 Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit

The Delfield N8873 electric drop-in hot food well accommodates five (5) 12 x 20 x 8" deep pans independently heated by 1,000-watt heating elements so you never run out of delicious hot food for your hungry customers. And with single thermostat control that can be mounted on the counter or to a different area in the restaurant, you can always ensure efficiency and safety in your operation. 

Designed to fit in a 72.38" x 25" cutout, this drop-in hot food well is dependably constructed with its stainless steel top and well and galvanized steel exterior liner. The sides have 1" thick fiberglass insulation while the bottom has a 2" blanket insulation to keep the heat inside where it is needed. The 1" NPT stainless steel drain makes it easy for operators to get rid of condensate or excess water.

This Delfield N8873 five-pan drop-in hot food well comes with NSF-7, cUL, and UL certifications. It ships with a 2' long wiring and conduit along with a three-wire electrical junction box for hardwiring. It requires 208-230v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection and is rated at 24 or 27 amps.
