Delfield N8831 Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit

The Delfield N8831 electric drop-in hot food well can add an 18-gauge stainless steel tank for two (2) full-size hotel pans (12" x 20" x 8") in a 30.75" x 25" cutout on your counter. Each pan has a dedicated 1000-watt heating element to ensure optimal temperatures. The thermostat control allows precise temperature adjustment can be installed on the counter or on a separate location in the kitchen for a more flexible and safe operation.

Built for long-term use, this drop-in hot food well won’t easily rust, dent, or scratch with its 18-gauge stainless steel top and 20-gauge galvanized steel that makes it long-lasting and easy to own. For added energy efficiency, the sides are insulated with fiberglass while the bottom features blanket insulation. Condensate and excess liquids go through the 1" NPT stainless steel drain for simple and quick maintenance.

The Delfield N8831 two-pan drop-in hot food well meets cUL, UL, NSF guidelines. It uses 208-230v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection and is rated at 20 to 22 amps. A 2' long wiring and conduit and three-wire electrical junction box are supplied.
