Delfield F2956CP Description
An energy-efficient food storage and spacious prep station in one, the 56 1/4" wide, 31 47/50" deep, and 24" tall F2956CP refrigerated low-profile equipment stand by Delfield comes with a heavy-duty stainless steel top and a two-drawer refrigerated base sized to fit a total of (4) 12 x 12 x 4" hotel pans and other smaller fractional pans. With the 4" casters at the base of the unit, employees can simply push the unit to where it needs to go in the kitchen. Plus, a wall bracket is included to keep the unit securely in place.
With a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel construction on the drawer system, interior sides, drawer fronts, and ends plus galvanized steel on the outer back and bottom, this commercial chef base will be an excellent companion in demanding environments! The no-grease Delrin drawer tracks rollers and anti-friction designed tracks make for faster and smoother service!
The large top has a marine edge so that you won’t have to worry about spilling liquids or runoff on the floor. At the base, ingredients in the food pans are kept fresh and cold at 36° to 40° Fahrenheit with the use of an R290 refrigerant, which has zero ozone depletion potential. The environmentally friendly design extends to the thick high-density polyurethane insulation foamed in place to keep the entire unit solid and leak-proof! The sturdy ABS liner holds the drawer gaskets, which are designed for snap-in installation and removal.
This commercial chef base uses mullion-style coated blower coils to ensure the airflow and temperature inside the unit is just the way your products like it. The unit also comes with electric temperature controls and hot gas condensate system to help you keep the 1/4 hp compressor and evaporator running at optimum performance levels. All refrigeration components are mounted together on the side of the unit including an electric condensate evaporator to eliminate condensation.
This Delfield low-profile refrigerator and equipment stand combo has NSF 7, cUL, and UL certifications. It is rated at 2.9 amps and uses 115 volts, 60 Hertz, and single-phase electrical connection. 8' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug supplied.
