This commercial coffee maker with a vapor-sealed, spill-proof GPR server can brew up to 18.9 gallons of coffee per hour. You can produce coffee in three (3) batch sizes: 0.5-gallon, 1-gallon, and 1.5-gallon to meet your daily needs.

This unit is smarter than most, thanks to the BrewWISE technology in tow. It can store individual coffee recipes so you can brew a wide variety without having to change up the settings every single time. Plus, you can upgrade the unit to have the Recipe Writer, so you can make recipe cards for additional recipes from your computer. This unit also facilitates seamless grinding and brewing with the use of a Smart Funnel, which can save flavor and batch size data from the grinder to help the brewer automatically identify the right amount of water to use for brewing. You can easily achieve desired results by taking full control of the coffee extraction and strength process through the pre-infusion and pulse-brew, digital temperature control, large sprayhead, and variable by-pass. 

This commercial coffee brewer also has indicators for freshness, which turns off the warmers when the freshness timer ends. You can adjust the warming time and output. The unit lowers the tank temperature during idle periods to prevent unnecessary energy consumption. The SplashGard design on the funnel deflects hot liquids away from users to prevent injury or accidents.

This commercial coffee machine uses a 120/208v-240v electrical connection. It comes with UL and NSF certifications for safe use.
