With this high-capacity, labor-saving commercial coffee maker from Bunn, producing up to 19.3 gallons of coffee per hour has never been easier. The unit allows you to brew in half a gallon, one gallon, or one and a half gallon at a time to keep up with the number of orders throughout the day. This commercial coffee brewer is designed to hold two 1.5-gallon Soft-Heat servers.

With the BrewWISE technology, much of the guesswork involved in coffee production is eliminated. This commercial coffee machine enables you to store a variety of flavor profiles by adjusting variables such as the water volume, bypass percentage, pulse brew, and pre-infusion timing. To make the process even simpler, you can make recipe cards from a Windows computer using the Recipe Writer program. BrewWISE even streamlines the use of grinders and brewers for an even smoother coffee-making process.

This commercial coffee machine keeps the temperature low during idle periods to save on energy costs. The server heat control shuts off upon reaching the target temperature. When it comes to safety and maintenance, this commercial coffee brewer has been made even more intelligent with its use of smart stainless steel funnels that decrease hot splashes. It also halts the brewing process when a funnel or server is not present and allows troubleshooting of switches and electrical components from the front panel. 

This commercial coffee maker uses a 120/208-240v/60/1-ph electrical connection. It comes with UL and NSF certifications for safe use.
