This commercial coffee maker from Bunn is a smart, efficient, and high-capacity brewing powerhouse that can produce up to 18.9 gallons of coffee per hour in 0.5-gallon, 1-gallon, and 1.5-gallon batches. This unit is equipped with BrewWISE technology that takes the complexities out of the coffee-making process.

This commercial coffee machine can store recipes so there is no manual inputting. You can even create recipe cards straight from a computer using the Recipe Writer. You have full control of the coffee extraction using the pre-infusion and pulse-brew, digital temperature control, and large sprayhead. The control strength can be easily defined using the variable by-pass. This unit can also read flavor and batch size information from BrewWISE-supported funnels so it automatically adjusts the amount of water to use for that specific batch. This commercial coffee brewer also has indicators when the freshness of the coffee expires, which will trigger the warmers to shut off. You can program three time periods for the warmers with designated warmer output. 

This commercial coffee brewer keeps the tank temperature low during idle periods to reduce energy costs. The funnels have a SplashGard design that protects from hot liquids and locks for added safety. It is supplied with two (2) GPR servers, which have a vapor-sealed that protects from spillage and extends freshness. 

This unit uses a 120/208-240v/60/1-ph electrical connection. It comes with UL and NSF certifications for safe use.
