This commercial coffee maker can brew up to 11.4 gallons of coffee per hour. You can brew in three (3) different batch sizes (0.5 gallon, 1 gallon, and 1.5 gallon) to meet the volume of orders at a given time. This unit accepts a 1.5-gallon Soft-Heat server. 

This commercial coffee brewer streamlines the entire coffee production process a breeze, thanks to the BrewWISE technology. You can easily store flavor profiles by tweaking the water volume, bypass percentage, pulse brew, and pre-infusion timing so the coffee you produce has consistent taste and quality. With the Recipe Writer program, you can even create recipe cards and dedicated funnels using a Windows computer. When using this machine with a compatible grinder, you can take advantage of the wireless interface to operate them seamlessly and minimize errors.

This commercial coffee machine boasts several intelligent safety features including smart stainless steel funnels with locks that prevent hot splashes. This unit is even smart enough to pause brewing when a funnel or server is not detected. The front panel even allows easy access to advanced diagnostic tools that allow you to troubleshoot switches and electrical components. To keep energy costs low, this commercial coffee brewer reduces the tank temperature at idle times. The server heat control automatically shuts off upon hitting the desired temperature.
