Convection Oven, gas, (base oven only) single-deck, standard depth, capacity (5) 18" x 26" pans, Artisan touchscreen controls with meat probe, 2-speed fan, Olephobic baking compartment liner, interior light, simultaneous operated with dual pane thermal glass windows sealed in stainless steel door frames and ergonomically friendly curved aluminum door handle, stainless steel front, sides & top, 3/4 HP, 45,000 BTU, CSA, NSF, CE, ENERGY STARĀ®

The Blodgett DFG-100-ES BASE gas convection oven with a single deck and 45,000 BTU capacity is the perfect kitchen companion for producing deliciously baked and roasted food items. Supplied with five (5) removable chrome-plated racks perfectly sized for full-size baking pans, you can arrange the racks in nine (9) different positions to fit taller items. The stainless steel top, front, sides, and combustion chamber are resistant to rust and can be easily maintained with a few wipes while the full angle iron frame creates an overall robust build. This is an Energy Star-certified model optimized for incredible energy efficiency and performance.

This commercial oven directly heats the food to cook your food at a much faster rate so you can get the orders ready in no time. The 0.75 hp single-speed fan with a dual-inlet blower wheel prevents thermal overload and eliminates any cold spots inside the oven so that food is cooked quickly and evenly no matter where it is on the rack. 

Cooking an assortment of dishes? Whether you need to slow-roast meat or bake delicate goods, this oven will surely impress with its special settings like Cook and Hold and Pulse Plus. The oven can reach temperatures ranging from 200 degrees Fahrenheit to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to help you find the perfect spot for your offerings. The solid-state infinite control thermostat with an LED display lets you set the specific temperature to get the best results. 

The digital timer lets you know exactly when the food is ready so you won’t have to wait around and check at all times. When you do have to check, you can look through the dual-pane glass thermal windows that are installed on the stainless steel door frames. The halogen lights provide maximum visibility of the 16-gauge double-sided porcelainized interior. When you need to start a new batch straight after a baking session, the cooling fan can bring the temperature down quickly so you can get right to it.

This gas convection oven has two-inch thick insulation: 1-inch solid block and another inch of mineral fiber so that heat is contained inside the cavity to maintain consistent temperatures and deliver great-tasting dishes. Whether you’re stacking the interior or removing pans to serve the finished food, the powder-coated handle allows you to simultaneously operate the doors to make the tasks much quicker.

The electric spark ignition conserves gas so you can get more use out of your supply while the removable dual-tube burners and air mixers with adjustable air shutters ensure the flame is always topnotch. When it is time to maintain or service the oven, the front-mounted manual gas cut-off valve should be easy to reach along with the ball-bearing slide-out control panel. The unit also features removable inshot burners and an internal pressure regulator

The Blodgett DFG-100 BASE single-deck half-size gas convection oven is approved by CSA, NSF, and CE standards and includes a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a five-year limited warranty on the oven door. This unit requires a 150v/60Hz/1-ph power supply. You can easily customize the unit with additional components and accessories available below.
