Manipulating the drawers is extremely easy thanks to the telescoping drawer slides and stainless steel frames. Users rushing to fill orders will often open drawers quickly, to prevent them from accidentally pulling them out completely each one has a locking mechanism. Each drawer is designed to hold pans up to 6” deep and cold air is locked in with snap-in drawer gaskets.

1094 BTU/hr of cooling potential is provided by the refrigeration system at the bottom of this unit with a ⅙ HP compressor. An epoxy coated-coated evaporator coil will make sure the refrigeration system will provide efficient cooling for many years. The temperature is maintained at between 36ºF and 38ºF efficiently by the full electronic control on this model. Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant has a low impact on the environment and it meets all regulations while proving safe sustainable cooling. The non-electric defrost cycle is non-electric and eliminates downtime. 

For convenience, the worktop refrigerator is mounted on 6” casters allowing it to be easily moved when necessary. To keep it fixed in place the front casters are locking. The unit is easy to attach to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power source with its factory wired 8’ power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug set.
