The worktop is made from durable stainless steel that is easy to clean and will maintain its looks for many years. 8.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage below the worktop are easy to access and stay out of the way. 

Each of the drawers has its own painted aluminum handle for easy access. The drawers easily glide thanks to the telescoping slides and stainless steel drawer frames. The drawers are designed to accommodate full-size pans up to 6” deep and feature snap-in gaskets to lock in cold air. A locking mechanism prevents the drawers from inadvertently being pulled out of the unit. 

A ⅙ HP compressor producing 1094 BTU/hr of cooling is housed in a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration unit to save space. To make sure the refrigeration system will run reliably for many years the evaporator coil features an epoxy coating. This along with the fully electronic control on the unit allow it to maintain temperatures from 36ºF to 38ºF efficiently. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with a non-electric system, this eliminates downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations and has a minimal negative impact on the atmosphere.

The unit ships from the factory with 6” casters which allow the unit to be easily moved for service or cleaning. Locking casters at the front of the unit secure it in place when in use. Power is provided to the unit with the 8’ power cord that comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.0 amps.
