The worktop is made from durable stainless steel reinforced by foamed-in-place insulation that is easy to clean and will maintain its looks for many years. 8.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage below the worktop are easy to access and stay out of the way.

The two refrigerated drawers under the worktop feature painted aluminum handles that are easy to grasp. Manipulating the drawers is extremely easy thanks to the telescoping drawer slides and stainless steel frames. Users rushing to fill orders will often open drawers quickly, to prevent them from accidentally pulling them out completely each one has a locking mechanism. Each drawer is designed to hold pans up to 6” deep and cold air is locked in with snap-in drawer gaskets. 

The self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of the unit saves on space and uses a ⅙ HP compressor that produces 1094 BTU/hr of cooling. To maximize the shelf-life of items stored in the refrigerator temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF is maintained by the full electronic controls of this unit. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure this is achieved with minimal maintenance for many years. Environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant provides efficient cooling while meeting all environmental regulations. Automatic non-electric defrosting makes sure there’s no downtime while keeping the inside from frosting over.

The unit ships from the factory with 6” casters which allow the unit to be easily moved for service or cleaning. Locking casters at the front of the unit secure it in place when in use. Power is provided to the unit with the 8’ power cord that comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.0 amps.
