The two refrigerated cabinets have self-closing doors to prevent excessive power draw while maintaining the temperature inside. Two epoxy-coated steel shelves inside each cabinet provide plenty of options for arranging items. In a busy kitchen, users will often need to access multiple items from a refrigerator. To simplify this the doors can be opened to  120˚ to remain open. When the doors are closed magnetic gaskets make sure the seal is completely airtight.

A ⅙ HP compressor producing 1094 BTU/hr of cooling is housed in a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration unit to save space. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this unit makes sure efficient cooling is provided in a reliable manner for many years with minimal service. Full electric control will keep the temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF while consuming as little power as possible. The non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the unit running efficiently without downtime. R290 refrigerant is eco-friendly and provides efficient cooling while meeting all regulations.

The unit conveniently comes with 6” casters from the factory, this allows it to be easily moved into and out of place. The front casters are locking which keeps it in place when it’s in use. Power is supplied to the unit with a factory wired 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect it to a standard outlet that provides 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.2 amps.
