To make every square inch of your commercial kitchen as space-efficient as possible, the WTR27HC-FIP Worktop Refrigerator from Beverage Air provides two solutions in a single piece of equipment. This easy to reach refrigerated area offers 5.25 cu. ft. of cool storage that stays out of the way while a foamed-in-place reinforced stainless steel worktop provides the ideal work surface to plate dishes or work on other kitchen tasks.

The self-closing stainless steel door is field reversible giving you the options you need to meet your kitchen’s requirements and minimize power draw from doors left ajar. Inside the reach-in section are two epoxy-coated wire shelves to organize the contents. To make accessing multiple items as simple as possible the doors can be opened to 120˚ to keep them open allowing users to use both hands. When the doors are closed magnetic gaskets make sure that an airtight seal is maintained.

At the base of this refrigerated worktop, the self-contained refrigeration system provides efficient cooling with a 1/10 HP compressor that produces 1110 BTU/hr of cooling. The refrigeration system features an epoxy coated-coated evaporator coil to make sure this unit will provide efficient cooling for many years. A temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF is maintained efficiently thanks to the full electronic controls on this model. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with a non-electric system, this eliminates downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations and has a minimal negative impact on the atmosphere.

This worktop refrigerator is easy to move into and out of place thanks to the 6” casters. When in use the locking casters at the front prevent it from moving about. The unit comes prewired from the factory with an 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to easily connect it to a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power.
