Getting fast access can speed up service while keeping workers from needing to walk excessively. The UCFD36AHC-2 Undercounter Freezer from Beverage Air is designed to be installed right where it’s needed without taking up too much space. With 8.7 cu. ft. of freezer storage in two drawers, gaining quick access to frozen goods has never been so convenient.

The painted aluminum handles on each of the drawers provide users with quick access to items. To make sure the drawers will last for many years, the frames are made from stainless steel and everything glides on telescoping drawer slides. The drawer slides feature a locking mechanism that prevents the drawers from inadvertently being pulled completely out of the unit. To keep items cool with minimal power use, each drawer has a magnetic gasket to maintain an airtight seal. 

At the base of this refrigerated worktop, the self-contained refrigeration system provides efficient cooling with a ½  HP compressor that produces 1865 BTU/hr of cooling. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this model makes sure that a temperature below 0ºF is efficiently and reliably maintained. Full electronic controls keep power consumption and stress on the refrigeration system to a minimum. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with a non-electric system, this eliminates downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations and has a minimal negative impact on the atmosphere.

6” casters are included making the unit simple to move for cleaning or maintenance. The front casters are locking to prevent the unit from moving around when in production. An 8’ power cord is provided with a NEMA 5-15-P plug set to connect it to a standard outlet with 115/60/1-ph power at 5.2 amps.
