The interior is food rated and has a total of 37.82 cu. ft. of capacity, the interior can also be used to store five ½ kegs.

The interior is made from stainless steel making it easy to clean and maintain, additionally it is certified to store open food products. Organizing items is simple with the six included epoxy-coated wire shelves. To keep power consumption to a minimum the doors have a self-closing feature to prevent them from being inadvertently left open. When workers need to access multiple items from this refrigerator the doors’ stay-open feature can be used to free up both hands allowing for efficient access. When the doors are closed an airtight seal is maintained by the magnetic gaskets. Forced-air refrigeration allows this unit to rapidly cool products in a balanced fashion to get them nice and cool and ready to serve.

The self-contained refrigeration system can be ordered on either the left or right, it uses a ⅓ HP compressor that produces 2392 BTU/hr of cooling. An epoxy coated-coated evaporator coil will make sure the refrigeration system will provide efficient cooling for many years. The temperature is maintained at between 36ºF and 38ºF by the unit's fully electronic controls. The interior is kept free of frost with an automatic non-electric defrost system that cuts down on downtime. To meet all environmental regulations, R290 refrigerant is used.

The unit is easy to attach to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power source with its factory wired 8’ power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug set.
