The BB68HC-1-F-S Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet from Beverage Air comes with a stainless steel front and doors giving it a professional look that is easy to clean and will maintain its looks for several years in a commercial environment. With 25.93 cu. ft. of open food rated capacity, there is plenty of room. Aside from open food products, this back bar refrigerator can hold up to three ½ kegs.

Users will find the stay-open feature handy since it will free up both their hands to access multiple items easily. Airtight seals are ensured by magnetic door gaskets.  This unit is certified to store open food products inside its stainless steel interior. The door is self-closing to prevent it from being left ajar. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves are included to maximize the use of space while organizing items. Products inside this back bar refrigerator can be quickly cooled with the balanced forced-air refrigeration system.

The self-contained refrigeration system features a ⅓ HP compressor that produces 2392 BTU/hr of cooling. Depending on your needs, the compressor can be installed on either the right or left side. A temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF is maintained efficiently by the unit’s fully electronic controls. For additional durability, the evaporator features an epoxy coating. The non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the unit running efficiently while keeping downtime to a minimum. R290 refrigerant is eco-friendly and provides efficient cooling while meeting all regulations.

This unit ships from the factory with an 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect it to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
