If your bar needs a food-safe refrigerator, the Beverage Air BB72HC-1-F-GS-B Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet is an easy pick. With its black exterior, it's built to last in a commercial environment. This unit is certified to hold open food products safely. This back bar refrigerator offers 19.92 cu. ft. of storage space and can hold three ½ kegs.
The sliding glass doors are self-closing and provide a clear view of available items and open without taking up extra space in cramped back bar environments. Inside each reach-in section are two epoxy-coated wire shelves to organize the contents. The stainless steel interiors are certified for open food products and are easy to clean and maintain. In a busy kitchen, users will often need to access multiple items from a refrigerator. To simplify this the doors have a stay-open feature. The forced-air refrigeration system provides balanced cooling that can quickly make the mercury plummet.
The side-mounted refrigeration system houses a ⅓ HP compressor that produces 1942 BTU/hr of cooling. Depending on your needs, the compressor can be installed on either the right or left side. Food inside is kept between 36ºF and 38ºF to maximize the shelf life. This temperature is maintained with full electronic control for efficiency. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure efficient cooling will be maintained reliably for many years. A non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the refrigerator system running efficiently and reliably without downtime. Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used by this unit to meet all environmental regulations.
This unit uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 3.1 amps and comes pre-wired with an 8-foot power cable and a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
