The reach-in section features two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to keep items organized and easy to access. To prevent the door from being left ajar the door is self-closing. The interior is made from stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance. This refrigerator is open food product certified. In a busy kitchen, users will often need to access multiple items from a refrigerator. To simplify this the doors have a stay-open feature. When the doors are closed magnetic gaskets make sure the seals are always airtight. Balanced forced-air refrigeration allows this back bar refrigerator to quickly and evenly cool items

On the side of this back bar refrigerator is a self-contained refrigeration system featuring a ⅓ HP compressor that puts out 1942 BTU/hr of cooling. The compressor can be located on either the left or right side of the unit to best fit your needs. The unit's epoxy-coated evaporator keeps the interior between 36ºF and 38ºF reliably with minimal maintenance while the fully electronic controls keep power consumption and stress on the refrigeration system to a minimum. The non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the unit running efficiently while keeping downtime to a minimum. R290 refrigerant is eco-friendly and provides efficient cooling while meeting all regulations.

Connecting this unit to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet is simple with the factory wired 8’ power cable with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
