And since this unit bakes food within the temperature range of 284°F to 680°F, the fully-welded aluminized steel baking chamber with cordierite ceiling is well-equipped to sustain high temperatures for high-heat baking applications. The brick-lined interior also facilitates speedy cooking and recovery while maintaining the moisture and heat in a uniform manner.

This commercial pizza oven packs two (2) removable hearth decks with an identical width and depth of 20.75" and a height of 2.75". These rugged cordierite cooking decks eliminate the need for a baking container. They can be easily removed for cleaning or baking bulkier or bigger items.

You can count on this countertop pizza oven to provide perfectly balanced bake quality every time with the corrosion-resistant independently controlled Incoloy heating elements located at the top and bottom of the chamber.
