The Bakers Pride P46-BL electric oven with two (2) 20.75" square Cordierite ceramic decks is the perfect addition to any foodservice establishment that serves flatbreads, pizza, pretzels, and many more baked products. This countertop oven features two 7" tall cooking cavities with brick-lined ceiling to increase recovery times for faster and more efficient baking.

This commercial pizza oven promises years of reliable use with its corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior for high-heat cooking. 

Designed for versatility, this countertop pizza oven supports a variety of recipes to meet your daily demand. The top compartment has a temperature range of 284 to 680°F with a 15-minute countdown timer while the bottom chamber operates at 140 to 550°F with a longer 60-minute timer. 

Top and bottom heat produced by Incoloy heating elements are adjustable from the infinite controls to achieve the perfect possible cooking conditions for all your recipes. The continuous ring alarms on each have a manual shut-off so that you can get products in and out quickly. The entire unit sits on a set of four 4" adjustable legs.
