Packing two (2) spacious cooking chambers each with two (2) cordierite decks, the Bakers Pride DP2-BL HearthBake Series countertop oven is an all-around baking companion that you can use to cook popular baked goods at your restaurant, food stand, convenience store, or any other foodservice operation. 

From the stainless steel exterior to the aluminized steel oven cavity and the cordierite decks, this countertop pizza oven has a rugged build to perform in challenging conditions. With the adjustable 4" legs it is mounted on, this compact commercial oven can be integrated into any kitchen or even front-of-house space. The large decks are 20.75” in depth and width, creating a spacious and efficient cooking platform built to withstand intense heat without the risk of breakage. With the 5.5" height in between each deck, you can fit a wide variety of food items, allowing the oven to support diverse menus. 

This pizza oven features top and bottom Incoloy heating elements at 284°F all the way to 680°F to give you that sought-after crisped texture and golden color. With the added brick-lined ceiling, you enjoy faster recovery times and increased temperatures, so you can get more baking done in a day! Each deck has a 15-minute mechanical timer that comes with a continuous-ring alarm and manual shutoff so you can get the cooked food out and into the customer table quickly.

The PDP2-BL HearthBake Series electric countertop oven comes with UL EPH Classified, cULus, and CE certifications. This product uses 5,050 watts with support for 208v/60 and 220-240v/60 in single and three-phase. This unit is supplied with a 6" cord complete with a plug for a single-phase connection.
