The Bakers Pride EP-3-8-5736 commercial pizza oven with three (3) large 38" wide by 36" deep Cordierite hearth decks can easily power your busy production line. Each cooking chamber offers a 7" cooking height to give you more than enough space for your pizzas.
Designed to perform in tough environments, this commercial deck-type oven has a stainless steel exterior that won’t easily dent or rust while the inside is a high heat-ready aluminized steel. Combined with the excellent thermal resistance of the Cordierite deck, cooking pizzas is easier and more efficient than ever.
U-shaped heating elements placed at the ceiling and below the deck at every 9.5", heating products evenly at 300 to 800°F. The top and bottom heat can be adjusted with precision using the infinite controls to get the exact results you’re after. The hard-wearing flame diverters bring the heat to every part of the deck so that you can use the entire cooking surface. Trust the 60-minute timer to assist you in monitoring your cooking progress as you move to other tasks.
The doors on this deck-type pizza oven improve insulation to help keep heat inside. They are spring-balanced to remove the tension and discomfort that could come from opening and closing the door many times in a single day. The fully welded iron frame paired with four (4) 12" tall Bakertone-coated steel legs create a solid structure to keep the entire unit stable.
